“From Where I Sleep” is a project of images of structures that can be seen from places that I have stayed in during my travels. Whether it be one night or several, the images ones sees each morning implants the dominant culture that defines us. Similar to my own world, yet unfamiliar, these images trigger who I will be each day.

Join me at the opening reception for The American Landscape Tuesday May 8th from 5:30 – 7:00

Artist Collaboration

My father in law, Dr. Garlie A. Forehand passed away May 14, 2017. I found several of his elaborate doodles while going through paperwork. Scanning them and making digital negatives, I was able to print these as cyanotypes on paper and fabric. I think Garlie would have liked to collaborate with me and I am proud to be able to continue the life of his art.
